About the Fryer

Big total 20.7QT food capacity for frying up family-size quantities in a hurry, fry two different foods at once with the double baskets. Great for cooking French Fries, fried chicken, panko shrimp, and any other deep-fried food.
- “U” SHAPED DESIGN – Our large electric fryer can adjustable thermostat for easy selection of a variety of frying temperatures, 1500W electric deep fryer with U-shaped stainless steel heating tubes for evenly heat distribution, and quick heating up.
- TEMPERATURE CONTROL- Designed with double measuring temperature probe, the fryer control the oil temperature more accurately. The deep fryer features temperature control function, temperature can be adjusted from 140℉ to 392℉ (60℃-200℃), you can set the optimal temperature depending on what you’re cooking.
- SAFE TO USE – ①The commercial deep fryer is designed with a temperature limiter and current limiter, it will power off automatically when the temperature is over 230℃ and when the current is over 14A long time. ②Equipped with 2 temperature probes, it will control the temperature more accurately. ③ The fryer’s edges are folded, so it won’t accidentally cut your hands from sharp edges.
- NOTE – When you use 2 fryers, please don’t plug the two plugs in the same sacket plate, it recommended to plug in a wall socket rather than a wiring plate type socket. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
