Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 2 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used products (where applicable)

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at palmoliveelectronics21@gmail.com or call 0713142927 to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Ship the Item Back: Once your return is approved, send the item to Downtown Towers, 2nd Floor Shop 1A . Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving your item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a defective,damaged or wrong item, contact us within the same day for a replacement.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item is inspected and approved.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
